Rodine Salomon is a vibrant young woman who lives in a remote area of Haiti in a town called Thomassique. Most children there do not have any hope for their future. The conditions in Thomassique are inhumane, unlivable. The flow of goods, consisting of beans and rice is inconsistent and unreliable. Through the kindness and generosity of GVCM and Hope Rising Haiti, the quality of life there is improving.

A church was built and a school was completed. Hope Rising Haiti has been blessed to be able to help Rodine by sponsoring her tuition expenses. Here is a short letter she shared with us in early October 2019

“My name is Rodine Salomon and I am 22 years old. My father, Roger Salomon, is the main pastor at the GVCM church in Thomassique. My mother is Preslene Reme Salomon. With your support, I go to school in Hinche where I take Administration and Science courses. My economy is bad and it is the reason my parents asked for support for me. I promise to help others as you have helped me.
Thank you very much and may God bless you.
– Rodine”

We are thankful to serve our Haitian friends by providing hope and a future. Thank you for partnering with us in this life changing work.
